This day includes an underground conducted tour of ‘Central Deborah’, Bendigo’s last working mine which closed in 1954. After lunch we visit “Discovery”, Bendigo’s unique science and technology centre, where there is the option of a thrilling ride on the vertical slide as well as “hands on” experiences with the many interesting and challenging exhibits.
